PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), Fabrick S.p.A (hereinafter the “Company” and/or the “Data Controller”), provides you with the following information regarding the characteristics of its processing of your personal data.

1) Who is the Data Controller of your personal data?

 3) Which type of cookies are processed, for what purposes and on what legal basis?
Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to enhance the user experience. They are sent to the user's browser, where they are stored and later retransmitted to the same website upon the user's next visit. Some cookies aim to improve the functionality and navigation of the Website. In other cases, cookies are used to track users during their browsing, recording information on their activity in order to personalize advertisements and content, provide social media functions, and analyze traffic.

This website uses only technical cookies, which are used solely to enable user navigation on the Website and allow them to use its features. Therefore, their use is necessary and does not require the user's consent. 

Technical cookies are usually session cookies and are automatically deactivated once the browser is closed. However, some technical cookies are useful for saving certain user preferences, so they don’t need to be reset during subsequent visits (so-called "functional cookies"). For this reason, functional cookies are often persistent, remaining stored on the user’s computer even after the browser is closed, until the expiration date set for them or until the user decides to delete them.

4) Who can your personal data be disclosed to?
Your personal data may be disclosed to the Company’s personnel authorized to process them in performance of their duties.  In addition, the data controller may disclose the user's data to third parties who are designated as data processors or data controllers under Article 28 of the GDPR, for the performance of specific tasks assigned to them. Additionally, the data controller may disclose the data related to the aforementioned processing to third parties when such disclosure is required to fulfill a legal obligation. 

5) How long are your personal data stored for?
The Company stores data in a form that allows identification of data subjects for the period of time necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with contractual and/or regulatory obligations. The duration of each cookie is indicated in the table above. 

6) What are your rights?
For more information regarding the processing of users' personal data and, where applicable, to exercise the rights recognized by the Regulation (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and obtaining a copy of the appropriate safeguards adopted where data is processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, as well as information on where such data is stored or transferred, and the right to object to specific processing for legitimate reasons), a request can be sent to:
