Al momento, non tutti i plugin sono supportati.
Axerve Guaranteed Payment è una soluzione end-to-end di prevenzione frodi per esercenti online che sfrutta un sistema di intelligenza artificiale per valutare i livelli di rischio delle transazioni (Powered by Riskified).
Inoltre, in caso di frode, l'esercente ha diritto al rimborso della disputa subita per le transazioni inizialmente approvate da Axerve Guaranteed Payment.
Quando un esercente accetta di entrare nel programma di protezione Axerve Guaranteed Payment può scegliere tra due modalità operative:
Shop Protection. Con questa modalità tutte le transazioni sono passate a Axerve Guaranteed Payment per essere valutate.
Select & Submit. Si può scegliere di valutare solo alcune transazioni considerate sospette. Bisogna comunque inviare a Axerve Guaranteed Payment tutti i dati della transazione e specificare quali transazioni devono essere controllate impostando il flag SubmitForReview su 1.
Basandosi su questi dati, Axerve Guaranteed Payment restituisce una risposta di rischio (ACCEPTED, DECLINED, UnderReview).
L'indicatore di rischio per ciascuna transazione analizzata è rappresentato in Active Report del Back Office con uno scudetto verde, rosso o, in rari casi, giallo.
L’esercente può decidere se effettuare la transazione basandosi sulla risposta, ma non è obbligato ad attenersi al risultato della valutazione. È possibile, per esempio, movimentare una transazione con il risultato DECLINED.
Il servizio può inoltre essere integrato in modalità post-autorizzativa o pre-autorizzativa:
La modalità post-autorizzativa consente di avere una maggior precisione di analisi della transazione: infatti, in questo caso il sistema di prevenzione frodi non sarà sottoposto a limiti di tempo per cui potrà restituire la previsione più accurata circa la rischiosità dell'ordine. Questa modalità è consigliata per tutti i casi in cui risulti applicabile. Con questa integrazione, i tempi di risposta medi di Axerve Guaranteed Payment sono inferiori ai 3 secondi. Può capitare in rare occasioni che i tempi di elaborazione siano superiori: durante questo periodo la transazione viene contrassegnata come UnderReview. Le transazioni analizzate e con esito del servizio, saranno solo quelle autorizzate.
La modalità pre-autorizzativa, invece, è ottimizzata per fornire tempi di risposta più rapidi ed è ideale per tutti gli scenari in cui sia necessario concludere i pagamenti con cattura contestuale all'autorizzazione. Con questa integrazione le transazioni declinate dal servizio non verranno autorizzate.
Axerve Guaranteed Payment è disponibile su richiesta, contattando il proprio account manager.
Verrà richiesto del materiale per poter usufruire del servizio, ci sarà un periodo di testing e una volta in produzione ci sarà un periodo di una o due settimane, chiamato Shadow mode, in cui l'esito del servizio non deve essere preso in considerazione.
Axerve Guaranteed Payment richiede di:
Installare lo snippet di tracking dell’utente, chiamato Store Front Beacon. Può essere installato sia sul sito che in un’applicazione mobile.
Inviare il session_id ripreso dallo script a Axerve Ecommerce Solutions attraverso il servizio web pertinente.
Il Store Front Beacon di Axerve Guaranteed Payment è uno snippet di codice inserito nelle pagine del negozio online. È importante che il codice venga inserito nel header o nel footer del sito, in modo che le informazioni vengano raccolte da ogni pagina. Si carica in modo asincrono e non influisce sul tempo di caricamento della pagina.

Dominio del negozio
ID di Sessione – l’identificatore unico creato quando un utente arriva sul sito. L’ID di sessione deve essere creato all’inizio della visita dell’utente nel negozio, e non quando viene creato il carrello.
Nota: l’ID di Sessione deve essere passato a Axerve Ecommerce Solutions nel campo BeaconSessionID e nel tag OrderDetails.
Incollare lo snippet beacon JavaScript nell'HTML del sito.
Store Front Beacon supporta siti il cui contenuto viene caricato dinamicamente senza i caricamenti tradizionali della pagina completa. Per tracciare i contenuti caricati dinamicamente come pageview distinte inviare una hit di pageview al Beacon del Guaranteed Checkout di Axerve Ecommerce Solutions e specificare il nome della pagina come stringa del parametro.

In Mobile SDKs per App Native si trovano tutti i dettagli per le piattaforme Apple e Android.
Una volta abilitati è necessario, secondo l'integrazione usata, mandare i dettagli del carrello e del buyer nell'OrderDetails delle nostre API.
Su https://api.gestpay.it/#orderdetails vengono descritti i campi da popolare con l’indicazione Required/Recommended/Optional e i vari vincoli (dimensioni, valori accettati).
I vincoli sono da rispettare, quindi è consigliato mettere delle validazioni sui campi prima che questi vengano inviati.
Consigliamo l'utilizzo del servizio con la separazione tra autorizzazione e movimentazione(cattura) della transazione, impostabile dal Merchant Back Office di Gestpay (MBO).
Autorizzazione: In seguito ad una richiesta autorizzativa conclusa con successo, i fondi richiesti vengono prenotati sul conto/carta del buyer.
Movimentazione: In seguito ad una autorizzazione è possibile addebitare al buyer i fondi prenotati e accreditare il conto del merchant.
Cancellazione: In seguito ad una autorizzazione è possibile liberare i fondi prenotati sul conto del buyer.
Configurazione > Ambiente > MOTO
Come mostrato precedentemente, è possibile separare la cattura dall'autorizzazione, impostando un comportamento automatico, cattura o cancellazione, entro x giorni dalla data di autorizzazione.
Su Back Office (dashboard myCommerce) il massimo è 25 giorni, bisogna però verificare con il proprio acquirer quale sia la durata effettiva dell'autorizzazione concessa.
Durante il periodo selezionato è comunque possibile intervenire catturando (https://api.axerve.com/#callsettles2s / https://api.axerve.com/#post-payment-capture) o cancellando (https://api.axerve.com/#calldeletes2s / https://api.axerve.com/#post-payment-cancel) la transazione, tramite i nostri web service o manualmente da Back Office.
Per quanto riguarda le richieste di cancellazione, al fine di migliorare i dati in nostro possesso, è richiesto il passaggio della motivazione come ad esempio "Out of stock" o "Suspected Fraud" nel campo dedicato.
A prescindere dall'integrazione usata (Rest, Soap, iFrame, Lightbox, ecc), essendo il servizio post autorizzativo e asincrono, le notifiche e le response delle chiamate autorizzative avranno, nella maggior parte dei casi, il RiskResponseCode e RiskResponseDescription valorizzati con un esito transitorio. Sarà quindi necessario utilizzare una delle chiamate di lettura della transazione per conoscere lo score definitivo dato dal servizio: callreadtrxs2s per le SOAP e post-payment-detail per le REST.
Questa chiamata può essere fatta in polling, ad esempio dopo 3 secondi dall'autorizzazione, dopo un minuto e per finire ogni ora fino a quando non si ottiene l'esito definitivo che, eccetto rari casi, dovrebbe venir restituito entro 3 secondi.

Passando un'e-mail generica, come ad esempio test@axervetest.com, la transazione rimarrà in under review.
Prima di procedere all'attivazione in produzione, sarà necessario condividere con Axerve alcuni test su scenari standard.
Di seguito alcuni esempi.

Consigliamo di testare e spiegare i casi più completi. Ad esempio, per un merchant che fornisce beni fisici e digitali, fare una transazione con articoli fisici e non, passando indirizzo di spedizione diverso dall'indirizzo di fatturazione, verificando che la somma degli articoli, delle spese di spedizione meno eventuali sconti, torni con quanto richiesto in autorizzativo.
Il servizio prevede la possibilità di richiedere un rimborso per le transazioni, approvate dal servizio, su cui è nata una disputa per frode.
Per aprire la pratica di rimborso è necessario:
Inviare, entro 7 giorni dalla data del chargeback (esclusivamente di dispute per frode), al cassetto frodi@axerve.com una mail con oggetto: "Richiesta di rimborso - ShopLogin - BankTransactionID".
ShopLogin è il codice Axerve con su è passata la transazione. BankTransactionID è il codice numerico univoco che Axerve associa ad ogni transazione.
La mail deve contenere il seguente template compilato Template e:
La prova di consegna (POD - proof of delivery), in formato pdf con nome "ShopLogin_BankTransactionID" (Es. 9000001_321.pdf).
In alternativa
Tracking number valido e il nome, per esteso, della compagnia di trasporto.
Il cassetto frodi@axerve.com si occupa della gestione delle pratiche e di fornire, a richiesta, informazioni aggiuntive sull'esito fornito dal servizio.
Per quanto riguarda la gestione della disputa, bisogna contattare l'acquirer di riferimento.
Una richiesta di rimborso può, eccezionalmente, essere respinta. Ad esempio, citando il contratto: "Affinché l'esercente possa beneficiare del rimborso, l'indirizzo di spedizione riportato sul documento di prova dell’avvenuta consegna deve corrispondere con l'indirizzo riportato nell'ordine che è stato sottoposto a valutazione da parte del Servizio. Axerve non rimborserà qualora la spedizione sia stata inviata a un indirizzo diverso, quando sia stata reindirizzata a un indirizzo diverso, inclusa qualsiasi struttura di prelievo spedizioni
degli uffici postali. Axerve consiglia all'esercente di non autorizzare il reindirizzamento della spedizione ai propri spedizionieri."
Durante l'implementazione è fortemente consigliato di fare riferimento a https://api.gestpay.it/#orderdetails in cui vengono descritti i vincoli dei campi. Inoltre, come è possibile dedurre dagli esempi, l'importo richiesto in autorizzativo deve coincidere con quanto presente in orderDetails.
Quando si utilizzano PagamS2S e Create (Non PBL) bisogna passare l'indirizzo IP del buyer nel campo "clientIP" come mostrato negli esempi.
